Element7 offer our commercial and trade clients both the renowned Benchmark range and also a specialised Diffusion range of engineered hardwood flooring suitable for large-scale and commercial projects such as luxury hotels, restaurants, show houses, work places and hospitality venues.
Both Element7’s Benchmark range and Diffusion range are fully compatible with radiant underfloor heating, air-conditioned environments and tropical climates as well as being the most cost effective and best in class. Both ranges are fully FSC & PEFC certified as environmentally friendly but highly durable water based finishes ensuring that our floors never need refinishing or replacing (as they last 3-5x longer than other engineered wood flooring).

Benchmark Range
Element7’s Benchmark range offers the perfect blend of beautiful designs, range of colour tones, structural integrity, durability and ease of maintenance. Crafted with beautiful designs and engineered to the highest standards, we offer aesthetically pleasing wide plank (up to 800mm), longer lengths (up to 11m), parquet and bespoke designs that will provide a work of art as well as durability in commercial high traffic areas. Our clients love Element7 floors for their commercial projects for their inimitable good looks, elevating longer lengths and wider proportions and the choice of over 100 colour tones.

Diffusion Range
Diffusion is our ‘contract’ range, value engineered by our European manufacturers to Element7’s exacting standards to offer a high quality product – exclusively for commercial projects – that is hard wearing and properly protected.
Diffusion includes a very respectable 220mm wide-plank width with aesthetically essential 2m lengths, but is also available in both herringbone and chevron parquet patterns in varying sizes.
Boasting a distinctive 7-layer colour-enhancing water-based varnish available in a range of award-winning colours, this is a high-quality product accompanied by the distinguished reputation and outstanding service ingrained within Element7.
